WES Customer Support
Keeping security sites secure is a constant challenge for construction teams. The WES security range combines on-site wired or wireless CCTV that can be deployed in the early stages of the project without the requirement for networking. Additionally, WES Security can be used to remotely monitor a WES fire detection system while the site is unoccupied, validate the incident and respond appropriately.

WES is supported by a full range of commercial, technical and engineering support. Technical support is available by telephone and on-site. Construction site health and safety is of the upmost importance, so we ensure we provide full support for your WES wireless fire alarm system. The system is designed and engineered exclusively by us, we can, therefore, deliver training and advice straight from our experts.
You will have the in-person and telephone support of a team of experienced national account managers, skilled engineers and a knowledgeable, approachable customer service team, working together to provide support whether you are a long-standing partner or a new WES customer.
Training and Support
